Fitness Kickboxing and Conditioning
Our fitness kickboxing classes are designed for individuals that are looking for a high energy activity that will give them the fitness results that they are striving to reach.
Our 50 minute class consists of several rounds of kickboxing combinations on a heavy bag, abdominal work and strength training exercises.
Our strength training exercises are completed through many different plyometric techniques, resistance bands, and body weight exercises. To have a complete conditioning routine there are three areas that must be addressed. These three areas are cardiovascular activity, resistance training and nutrition. At Creighton MMA Academy these three areas of fitness are addressed so that you WILL reach your fitness goals.
