UFC And The Tournament Circuit
So it looks like it is back to the Twisted Tavern for the fights on Saturday. The other location was "no bueno" (direct Pooh Bear Eberle quote). I know they are showing the fights at Discover Mills too, but it is about $20. I'd rather go to the Tavern with my training buds, but you at least have options other than your house.
For those of you looking to compete, I've discovered two tournaments coming up. To my knowledge, the Poderoso is on their maiden voyage Never heard anything about it, but apparently it is run by American Top Team. It is in conjunction with some combat sports info that i know nothing about as well.
The second tournament is the Copa America. They've been here before and I've heard good things about them, but I've never competed in this one. This is the same day as the Pan Ams, so I don't know what kind of draw they'll have.
The price is right for both of these tournaments, so if you're looking for a chance to compete in the near future this might be it.
