Overdue Update
I had a short week last week because of travel and been playing catch up this week, so forgive me for the lack of updates. Forgive me if this is a little rushed, but still catching up.
We've got two MMA promotions I need to tell you about. Since ladies go first, everyone needs to give a hand to Amber Schoer for her yellow belt! Although Amber took some time off when she left for college, she is now back and training a ton. Professor Paul has recognized this effort and rewarded the increase in her skills. Great job, keep it up!
Also, Joe Trindle has been given his yellow belt too! Joe is consistently in the MMA and BJJ classes and is always willing to help. This dedication leads to rewards and this is the first step of many for Joe.
