Total Body Fitness
Our total body fitness classes are designed to give you a complete strength training workout that will keep your heart rate at a fat burning state throughout your entire session.
Each workout will last approximatley 20 minutes, but don't let this fool you, it's short but INTENSE. The session is designed to give you an overall strength and cardiovascular workout. You will be performing different exercises that many may not be familiar with. A few examples are, tire flips, sledge hammer tire strikes, pulling and pushing a weighted sled, the use of combat ropes, and sometimes even pushing a truck. It will also be combined with different plyometric, body weight and band training exercises. We will use different exercises each class to help confuse the body and muscles into ultimately producing results.
